The line refers callers to independent water damage restoration and mold remediation companies serving Dallas-Fort Worth and performs no restoration or mold work. Below is what information we handle, the reasons, who gets it and what you can ask for. This is a plain-language draft for review before launch, not legal advice.
Information we handle
- Phone calls. The automated assistant records basic details of each call: the number you call from, when you called, and what you describe. Those details route your call. If a company does not pick up the transfer, it is sent your name, a number to reach you, your city and the problem. Mold testing requests are saved as a message with your name, number, address and need.
- Website visits. Like nearly every website, the host logs standard request data such as IP address, browser, device, the pages you open and the site that sent you.
- Spanish translation. Choosing ES loads Google Translate, which stores a cookie so the page stays in Spanish.
