Terms of Use

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Please read these terms before relying on waterdamageprodallas.com or calling the number it lists. Water Damage Pro Dallas operates both as a d/b/a of Dominion Digital Group (called "the line", "we" or "us" below). Using the website or placing a call means you accept what follows.

A referral line, nothing more

Water Damage Pro Dallas connects people with independent businesses. It is not a water damage restoration company, a mold company, a plumber or an insurance adjuster. When you call, an automated assistant asks about your situation and your location. Water damage callers are put through to an independent restoration company serving Dallas-Fort Worth, and mold removal callers to an independent mold remediation company. A mold testing request is written down as a message instead of being transferred. When a company misses the transfer, it receives your name, callback number, city and problem and is expected to reach out. At no point does the line itself extract water, dry a building, clean, test, remove mold, rebuild, price a job, book an appointment or send a bill, and it does not hire, train or direct the companies.

Your agreement is with the company

Whatever you arrange after the transfer, from the inspection and estimate to the contract, the work, any warranty and the payment, is a matter between you and that company alone. We are not a party to it and make no statement about any company's skill, prices, schedule, licenses, certifications, insurance or behavior. Do your own checking before you hire: get the estimate in writing, have the company's insurer send you a certificate of insurance, and ask for proof of any credential it mentions. For mold work, search the license on the TDLR license search. The company checklist lists what to ask.

Money

You pay nothing to call or to be connected. Referral fees, when there are any, are paid by the companies, not by callers. The line adds nothing to your invoice; how a company sets its prices is a question for that company.

Mold testing requests

Texas keeps the license holder who assesses mold apart from the one who removes it on any single project. For that reason testing requests are recorded as messages, with your name, number, address and need. Recording a message does not mean a test will happen, who would do it, or when.

General information only

Articles and guides on this website describe water damage, flooding, mold, Texas regulations and insurance in general terms for North Texas readers. Nothing here is legal, insurance, medical, engineering or financial advice for your situation. Regulations, building codes and policy language vary and change, so check anything that matters with your city, your insurer, TDLR or a qualified professional. Sources are listed on each page and facts are kept as current as we can, without any promise that every detail is complete or error free.

Safety comes first

This website never asks you to step into standing water, handle wiring, clean up sewage or take on mold removal. If you are in danger, get out and dial 911. Smell gas? Leave the house first, then phone 911 and the gas utility once you are outdoors.

Using the site fairly

Do not place prank, false or abusive calls, do not try to disrupt or overload the website, and do not reuse its content commercially without written permission.

Liability

As far as the law permits, Dominion Digital Group is not responsible for losses that come from the work, pricing, advice or conduct of any company reached through the line, or from reliance on the general information here. The website and the line are offered as is, with no warranties of any kind.

Updates and law

Texas law applies to these terms. They may be revised from time to time, and the date at the top marks the newest version. To ask about them, leave a message at (469) 649-7066. The privacy policy covers how call details are handled.
